Peltier Diamond Wine Club
Membership Agreement
Members of the Peltier Diamond Wine Club agree to the following:
Member certifies that they are at least 21 years of age and authorize Peltier to charge their credit card on file for a minimum of 4 allocations and each allocation after that until Peltier is notified of cancellation. Member may make changes to each allocation or their membership up until the day before the credit card on file is charged. Member may authorize 1 additional party to receive all benefits and act on the primary member’s behalf without the primary member present. The member tasting credit benefit may be utilized by friends or family without the member present only with prior consent via phone 209-367-4882 or via email to wineclub@peltierwinery.com. A signature from an adult 21+ is required at the time of delivery for shipping allocations and orders. Member will be charged for all shipping costs incurred for wines returned due to address changes or unavailability of required signature at delivery. Member agrees to all policies in the Peltier Diamond Wine Club Agreement & Policies document.
New Member Signup
- Member is required to take their first allocation at the time of signup
- If signup was completed online, Peltier will reach out to arrange first allocation selections & shipping details
- A tasting card will be created and kept in the Peltier Winery Tasting Room
- Member may authorize 1 additional member to receive all benefits, make changes to allocations, tier, pickup/ship location, account & payment information, charge any card associated with the membership on file and pick up allocations without the primary member present.
- Name, credit card, shipping address, billing address, consent to receive all email communications, legitimate phone number and email, birthday and shipping or pickup preferences are required at the time of signup
Allocation Schedule
Important dates will be emailed and listed on the “current allocation” page of our website for each current allocation

Customization Options
- Wine Selection: Wines are pre-selected for the member each allocation, however, members may change any or all pre-selected wines by logging into their member account, visiting the tasting room, calling the tasting room at 209-367-4882 or emailing wineclub@peltierwinery.com
- Member must choose at minimum the quantity of wines based on their membership tier
- Preference Setting: Let Peltier know of any preferences (reds only, whites only, specific varietals), and Peltier will pre-select wines accordingly each allocation
- Members are still responsible for logging into their account to confirm or edit the selections
- Deadline: All customizations must be completed before payment processing
- Changes cannot be accommodated after the processing date
Wine Availability
- If a member has not picked up or had wines held for shipping at the member’s request
- Peltier will hold selected wines and vintages up until the next club allocation is made active, thereafter, Peltier Winery cannot guarantee availability of specific wines or vintages
- If a wine becomes unavailable, Peltier will substitute with the current vintage available or a wine of equal value
- If an allocation is being held due to weather or prior arrangements have been made, Peltier will hold the specific wines and/or vintage the member selected

Membership & Account Changes
- Change Membership Tiers: Members may adjust their membership tier at any time before payment is processed by contacting Peltier at 209-367-4882 or wineclub@peltierwinery.com or in the tasting room
- Contact, Address & Payment Information: Members may login to their member profile or contact Peltier at 209-367-4882 or wineclub@peltierwinery.com or in the tasting room, to update current phone, email, shipping address, payment information, choose early shipping date, change delivery type, edit allocation selections
- Please do not email payment information
Skip & Hold Policies
- Skip Option: Members may skip an allocation by logging into their member account
- Skipping up to two consecutive allocations per year is permitted
- If a 3rd allocation is skipped, membership will be placed on hold and contacted to confirm next steps or desired hold time

- Hold Requests: Memberships may be placed on hold for up to 3 months by calling the tasting room at 209-367-4882 or emailing wineclub@peltierwinery.com or in the tasting room
- Member benefits do not apply while member is on hold
Shipping
- Peltier is currently licensed to ship to: AL*, AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, IA, ID, KY, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NH, NM, NV, NY, TX, WA, WY
- *Wine that is not available in Alabama may be purchased directly from the winery as long as it is for personal use only. Complete the Direct Import Authorization Form and give it to the winery at the time of purchase. The wine shall be ordered and paid for by the purchaser–including prepaid freight charges. A copy of the authorization form should be shipped along with the wine. The shipment shall be consigned to the purchaser in care of the ABC Store designated on the authorization form. Upon arrival at the ABC Store, the purchaser will be contacted and upon payment of Alabama taxes, the purchaser may assume possession thereof.
- An adult 21+ must be available to sign for the delivery
- State laws require someone 21 years of age or older to sign for the package at delivery, it is often preferable to ship to a business address.
- Tracking information is automatically emailed to the member on the day the allocation leaves Peltier’s facility
- Shipping dates can be found on the “Current Allocation” page of Peltier’s website and will be communicated via email the month prior
- Peltier will attempt to accommodate delivery requests, but cannot guarantee delivery days or times as shipments are handled by 3rd party shipping companies
- Shipping Preferences: Switch between pickup and shipping at any time before payment is processed
- Ship Early or Delay Shipping: Member may use the “ship it now” button in their member profile to request early shipping, or delay shipping by calling the tasting room at 209-367-4882 or emailing wineclub@peltierwinery.com before the allocation leaves Peltier’s facility
- Weather Holds: During extreme heat (80°F+), shipments may be held to protect wine quality
- Peltier will reach out to make arrangements based on member’s location
- Re-Routing a Shipment: If a member chooses to re-route an allocation after it has already shipped, the member will be responsible for all costs incurred to re-route
- Wine Returned: If an allocation is returned to the Peltier, the member will be responsible for the cost to re-ship the allocation
- It is recommended to ship to a business address
- Peltier cannot ship to PO, FPO, APO or IPO boxes
- Michigan Customers: Peltier is required by the state of Michigan to verify the age of the purchaser and will do so by requesting a copy of the purchaser’s government issued photo ID.
Member Benefits
- Daily Discount: Applies to all wine (including club allocations) and merchandise purchases (not applicable to shipping or food)
- 4 Diamond = 20%
- 6 Diamond = 25%
- 12 Diamond = 30%
- Birthday Bonus: Additional 10% off member discount during member birthday month
- Email reminders will be sent to member email on file
- Applies to 1 order
- Does not apply to a club allocation
- Applies to birthday of primary member on file
- Does not apply to additional member on the account
- Anniversary Bonus: 50% off up to 2 cases of Estate Classic Wines during membership anniversary month
- Maximum 2 cases, mixed case of Estate Classic varietals permitted
- Does not apply or count as a club order
Tasting Credits
- Cards will be physically held in the tasting room for each member
- Lost cards will result in a $5 replacement fee
- Tasting credits per membership tier:
- 4 Diamond = $120
- 6 Diamond = $240
- 12 Diamond = $360
- Tasting credits expire at the end of the calendar year; credits do not roll over
- Member must be present or have made prior arrangements with Peltier to allow friends or family to use their tasting card

- Does not include any sparkling, carbonated wine or other special tastings
Billing
- Declined Cards: Members will receive an email notification if their card is declined at the time of processing an allocation
- Members may update payment information by logging into their member account
- Once payment information has been updated, active allocations will automatically reattempt to charge the card on file

- Resolution Timeline: Payment issues must be resolved before the next allocation is announced (see Allocation Schedule above)
- If a valid payment method has not been provided and the current allocation has not been paid for, the membership will be placed on hold until payment has been resolved
- If payment is not resolved, membership will be terminated

Cancellation Policy
- How to Cancel: Login to member account to cancel anytime or contact wineclub@peltierwinery.com or call the tasting room at 209-367-4882
- To receive member discounts and benefits, Peltier kindly asks that members participate in a minimum of 4 allocations
- Account must be in good standing with no unpaid allocations to cancel
- Cancellations must be made prior to cards on file being charged
- Refunds cannot be issued if cancelling after credit card on file has been charged
- Allocations that have been paid for but not picked up or shipped cannot be refunded
