Tasting Room & Patio
With our WineStation system, guests can choose from 24 different estate-grown, certified sustainable wines to taste daily. Curiosity is encouraged, all questions are good ones and our friendly hosts are always nearby to help find what fits your palate.
Explore the Wine Stations on your own – or – we’re happy to bring each taste to your table for a more traditional experience with a reservation. Choose your pour sizes from a 1oz taste, 2.5oz half glass, a 5oz full glass pour – at the end of your visit, only pay for what you tasted. Guests may also enjoy any wine by the bottle or a Sparkling Wine Flight which includes 4 wines for $35

The Peltier Polar Lounge
This year, the patio will be home to two Peltier Polar Lounges! Reserve your own private igloo lounge to sip estate-grown wines amongst twinkling lights and festive vibes while staying warm and toasty, even when there’s a chill in the air.

Enjoy your own private, 90 minute reservation of a Peltier Polar Lounge igloo for up 6 guests. Curate a tasting from our wine stations, enjoy a bottle, or get festive with a sparkling flight. Stay cozy in the lounge while our hosts bring the wines to you – or as always, you’re welcome to access the stations yourself. Choose from two igloos:
The Gala Sparkling Suite Polar Lounge celebrates our Méthode Champenoise Sparkling Wines. Life should be filled with lavish moments, like popping a crisp bottle of bubbly while hosting for the holidays or toasting to someone special. The Gala Sparkling Suite feels like slipping into silky pj’s and getting cozy on the couch with a chilled glass of bubbly and just the right amount of sparkle.
The ZANTE House of Chill Polar Lounge is where winter wonderland meets disco Christmas, inspired by our effortlessly refreshing, light & bright bubbly White Zinfandel. Keep it cool and chill – pop – sip wine & bubbles with whoever fills your cup this season!

IMPORTANT RESERVATION INFO: From the above “reservation type” drop down menu, choose your desired lounge from either “The Peltier Polar Lounge: The Gala Sparkling Suite” or “The Peltier Polar Lounge: ZANTE House of Chill” and be sure to select “1” under “No. of Guests” when booking. Up to 6 guests are included in each reservation. Following are the 90 minute reservation time slots available:

$50 per 90 minute reservation for up to 6 guests (complimentary for members) to be charged 48 hours prior to your reservation. *$50 fee is non refundable after charge processes so please be sure to let us know if you need to change or cancel your reservation prior
