To be considered for a donation, please follow the guidelines below. We carefully review every request submitted.
- Please submit your request no later than 30 days prior to your event.
- All requests must be accompanied by a formal request letter from the organization.
- Your organization’s registered 501(c)3 ID # must be provided.
- Only one request per organization per calendar year will be considered.
- Please allow 2-4 weeks for requests to be processed – if you do not hear from us within that timeframe, then your request has been regretfully declined or we have contributed for the year.
- Peltier Winery will not accept donation requests via phone or in-person solicitations.
- Your organization is responsible for coordinating the pickup of donated items at our tasting room, as Peltier Winery does not provide delivery or shipment.
- Peltier Winery does not provide cash donations.
