TASTING NOTES

This wine is tall, dark and handsome. Dressed in dark ruby, exuding dark fruit notes like blackberry, dark cherry, black currant and even pepper. A full body of more dark fruit, mocha and coffee ends with a long, dry but fruit forward finish. Black Diamond Cabernet Sauvignon loves a hearty meal of braised short ribs or tuscan porterhouse steak as much as bite of sharp cheddar or aged gouda.
