We would like to thank you for taking the time to look over and read our Donation Policy. We hope that it will benefit your not-for-profit event, charity, or other approved request for wine donations.
Wine donation program
Please fill out our wine donation application and submit it via email 90 days prior to your event in order to be considered for participation in our Wine Donation Program. If approved, you will be authorized to purchase any of our wines from your local market for full reimbursement, with the submission of your receipt(s). Please note, wine purchased through Peltier Winery’s webstore does not qualify for reimbursement. Wine purchases are limited to no
more than 1 case per event unless otherwise approved by Peltier Winery. Events limited and subject to 1 per calendar year, per applicant. This means that an organization may utilize our Donation Policy once per year. Your charity and/or company must be a 501(c)3 Not-For-Profit Organization with a valid 501(c)3 number that must be present on your application along with an affirmation letter. Peltier Winery reserves the right to select the applicants who will be approved for our Wine Donation Program and does not guarantee that all applications submitted will be approved. Reimbursements are only honored with an approved application. Forms and receipts submitted without an approved application will not be honored. Approved applicants, please send a scan of the receipt to and note that reimbursement checks can only be made out to the 501 (c)3 Not-For-Profit Organization. Checks cannot be made out to an individual.
By submitting a Wine Donation Program Application you agree that you are in fact a 501(c)3 seeking wine donations for a charity event, silent auction, fundraiser, prize or equivalent. The agreed upon donation amount and/or wine program donation will not be resold or used outside of your 501(c)3 Not-for-profit organization.
