  1. Sponsor This giveaway is sponsored solely by Peltier Winery & Vineyards, 22150 N. Kennefick Rd., Acampo, CA 95220. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., Chef Charlie Palmer, Americana House Lodi, or The Wine & Roses Resort and Spa.
  2. Eligibility Open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Peltier Winery & Vineyards and their immediate family members are not eligible. By entering, you confirm you meet the eligibility requirements.
  3. Entry Period The giveaway begins upon posting on Instagram and ends on April 16, 2025 at 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). Entries submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
  4. How to Enter To receive one (1) entry, participants must during the entry period:
  • Follow @peltierwinery, @chefcharliepalmer, @americanahouselodi, and @appellation_lodi_winerose on Instagram
  • Like the official giveaway post on the @peltierwinery Instagram page
  • Tag a friend on the official giveaway post
    • Bonus entries: Each additional unique friend tagged in the comments of the official giveaway post constitutes one (1) additional entry. Only tags of real individuals who are eligible to enter will count. Self-tags and duplicate tags of the same person do not qualify for additional entries. Tagging is optional and not required to enter. Tags must be of persons 21+ only
  1. Prize Two (2) General Admission tickets to American Fare – Made in Lodi on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at The Wine & Roses Resort and Spa, Lodi, CA. Approximate retail value: $100. No cash alternative. Prize is non-transferable. Event is 21+ only. The prize includes access to a walk-around wine and food tasting where alcohol will be served. Peltier Winery is not responsible for any costs associated with attendance, including transportation or accommodations.
  2. Winner Selection One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries following the close of the entry period. A backup winner will also be selected in the event the primary winner does not respond in time.
  3. Winner Notification The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from @peltierwinery by April 17, 2026 at 12:00 PM PST. The winner must respond with the first and last names of both attendees by April 17, 2026 at 5:00 PM PST. Failure to respond by the deadline will result in forfeiture of the prize and the backup winner will be contacted under the same terms.
  4. Alcohol Acknowledgment This giveaway is intended for adults of legal drinking age (21+) only. By entering, participants confirm they are of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. Please drink responsibly.
  5. General Conditions Peltier Winery & Vineyards reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these rules or who engages in any conduct deemed inappropriate or harmful. Peltier Winery & Vineyards reserves the right to cancel or modify this giveaway at any time for any reason. By entering, participants grant Peltier Winery & Vineyards permission to repost and share their comment or tag for promotional purposes.
  6. Privacy Information collected through this giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties except as required to fulfill the prize.
